Do you know that men are more prone to acne than women because they have a different skin structure? Androgen in men triggers the sebaceous glands to produce more sebum. How can oily face cause acne?

Excess facial oil and dead external skin cells clog pores and can result in comedone acne. The bacteria, propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) will then eat the clogged oil and release free fatty acids, which will eventually cause acne inflammation.

How can men get rid of repeated chronic acne? Their skin can be affected by acne more easily, yet men tend to neglect cleaning and nourishing their skin properly. Therefore, treatment of oily skin acne should begin with thorough skin cleansing with products capable of clearing up oil and unclogging pores. Cleansing gel can prevent the sebaceous glands from producing sebum.  Washing your face only twice a day, once in the morning and again in the evening, is enough. Washing your face too often causes skin oil imbalance that will cause the sebaceous glands to speed up the production of sebum. Heavy face scrubs also cause irritation that can make acne worse.

After cleansing, nourishment is another step to alleviate oily skin acne. The product, especially formulated for men, can reduce sebum and bacteria while unclogging pores throughout the day, relieving severe acne. Choose products that contain carnitine, which removes excess oil by changing fatty acid into energy, and decandiol that reduces P. acnes bacteria.

Every morning and before bedtime, thoroughly cleanse the neck with the product, which effectively reduces oil and bacteria. Doing so, will help men be free of acne.
