The Eucerin UltraSENSITIVE Repair Cream offers a holistic skincare approach to manage the three symptoms that characterise hypersensitive skin: a compromised skin barrier, hyper-reactive sensory fibres and redness, often caused by inflammation.
Eucerin UltraSENSITIVE Repair Cream has been specially developed for reddened - hypersensitive and Rosacea/Couperose-prone - skin. Applied twice daily after cleansing to the face, neck and décolleté it provides instant and long-lasting skin comfort and relieves redness effectively, while protecting skin and minimizing irritation over time.
This formula combines two active ingredients: SymSitive* and Licochalcone A.
SymSitive* is an innovative active ingredient that acts as a sensitivity regulator directly at the source of the hyper-reactivity. It calms the unpleasant sensations and increases the tolerance of hypersensitive skin.
Licochalcone A is a natural ingredient derived from the Glycyrrhiza Inflata Root extract. It is both an anti-inflammatory and an anti-oxidant so it reduces redness and soothes irritation.
It is important to protect the skin barrier from intolerance and allergic reactions so Eucerin UltraSENSITIVE Repair Cream is a pure formula, using only a limited number of ingredients while its packaging has been designed to minimise contamination and oxidisation thanks to a dual valve system.

Anti-contamination packaging
All products in the UltraSENSITIVE ranges use anti-contamination packaging to protect the formulas from impurities and oxidation. This packaging addresses three key risk areas: the valves, component connections and the functionality of dispensing. The valves have sterilizing filters, the connections are ultra-welded for tightness and the dispenser has an ultra tight tip seal.
Clinical studies
Clinical and dermatological studies prove high tolerability and excellent efficacy on hypersensitive and Rosacea-prone skin.
The efficacy of Eucerin UltraSENSITIVE Repair Cream was assessed in clinical studies* among 55 women (19-60 years) with hypersensitive or Rosacea/Couperose-prone skin. The product was applied twice daily for 4 weeks in a split face design.

Instructions
- For immediate and long-lasting redness relief, restored skin comfort and intense hydration, apply daily in the morning and/or night on well cleansed face, neck and décolleté.

How it works
As hypersensitive skin typically has a weakened skin barrier it is more prone to irritations and hyper-reactive skin sensory fibres are easily activated by stressors. The purity of the formula and its anti-contamination packaging help to minimise intolerance or allergic reactions.
When skin is sensitive the sensory fibres in the epidermis react faster and much stronger than in normal skin, triggering unpleasant skin sensations. SymSitive* is the first active ingredient to regulate skin sensory fibre activation, soothing very sensitive skin and offering instant relief. Because the skin sensory fibres are less irritable they don’t over-react to stressors. Over time hypersensitive skin's tolerance threshold is increased and hypersensitive skin is calmed.
Licochalcone A is a natural anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredient that quickly calms skin irritations and visibly reduces redness. It soothes skin redness and UV erythema while increasing cellular stress protection.
